Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using ReviewAIde (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

Eligibility. You represent that you are at least 18 years old; acting on behalf of a business located in the United States; authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of that business; and not located in any country subject to US sanctions.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and ReviewAIde, operated as a sole proprietorship by an individual based in Argentina (“ReviewAIde,” “we,” “us”).

2. Description of Service

ReviewAIde is a web application — and an optional Chrome Extension — that uses AI to generate draft reply text for customer reviews, tuned to a business’s brand voice. You must click the platform’s own “Post” button to submit any response.

The Service does NOT: post replies on your behalf; guarantee uptime or performance; guarantee AI drafts are accurate or platform-compliant; or constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

3. Account Registration and Security

• You may create an account using Google OAuth or email and password.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at sign-up.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
• Notify us at hello@reviewaide.app immediately upon suspecting unauthorized access.
• One account per natural person and per business, unless we expressly authorize otherwise in writing.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance and auto-renew until you cancel.

4.3 Merchant of Record

Creem.io acts as our Merchant of Record. Creem.io processes your payments, issues invoices, and handles applicable sales tax / VAT.

4.4 14-day refund policy

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase or any renewal charge — no questions asked. Email hello@reviewaide.app with “Refund” in the subject, including the email associated with your account. See our full Refund Policy.

4.5 Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, after a grace period (typically 7 days) your account is downgraded to Free. Your data is preserved and you can resume a paid plan at any time.

4.6 Price changes

We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ advance notice by email and in-app. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new price.

4.7 Taxes

Creem.io collects applicable VAT and US sales tax where required. You are responsible for any other taxes that Creem.io does not collect.

5. Usage Limits and Fair Use

The monthly response quota for your tier is enforced by the Service. Unused quota does not roll over.

Regeneration policy: Free and Pro tiers get 5 free regenerations per response; after that, each additional 3 regenerations deduct 1 credit. Business tier gets unlimited regenerations.

Fair-use clause (Business): ReviewAIde reserves the right to apply reasonable abuse-prevention measures on the Business tier. Normal use by a single SMB owner is not subject to limitation.

6. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated by reference. Prohibited uses include creating fake reviews, impersonating another business, violating review platform terms, scraping, reverse-engineering, and bypassing tier or rate limits.

7. AI-Generated Content

ReviewAIde generates AI-assisted draft replies. Generated content is a suggestion, not professional advice. You are solely responsible for what you post on third-party platforms. You must review and approve every AI-generated response before posting. ReviewAIde does not train AI models on your content.

8. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide to or generate through the Service. You grant ReviewAIde a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your content solely to provide the Service. This license terminates when you delete the content or close your account.

9. Our Intellectual Property

ReviewAIde and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the Service, including software, models, design, branding, and trademarks. AI output generated for you is licensed to you for your own commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service itself.

10. Copyright Policy (DMCA)

To report copyright infringement, send a written notice to hello@reviewaide.app (subject: DMCA Notice) including: identification of the copyrighted work; identification and location of the infringing material; your contact information; a good-faith belief statement; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate. We will terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Google (OAuth), Creem.io (payments), Supabase (database/auth), Vercel (hosting), and OpenAI (AI). We are not responsible for the availability or terms of third-party services. Review platforms (Google, Yelp, Tripadvisor, etc.) are independent of and not affiliated with ReviewAIde.

12. Termination

You may cancel at any time from account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach, non-payment, or abuse. For 30 days after termination, you can export your content by emailing us. After that window, account data is deleted except records required for legal compliance.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewAIde disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI output will be accurate, appropriate, or platform-compliant.

14. Limitation of Liability

ReviewAIde’s total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost data; or loss of goodwill.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless ReviewAIde from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, AI-generated content you post, your Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law. ReviewAIde will defend you against third-party claims alleging that the Service itself infringes a patent, copyright, or trademark when used in accordance with these Terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Before filing any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at hello@reviewaide.app (subject: Legal) and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith for 30 days. If informal resolution fails, the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Salta, Argentina.

17. Changes to These Terms

Material changes will be announced by email and in-app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, are the entire agreement between you and ReviewAIde.
• Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign to a successor entity.
• Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
