Refund Policy

Effective date: June 9, 2026 — Version 1.1

Plain-English summary

  • 14 days, no questions asked. Request a refund within 14 days of any paid charge and we’ll process it through Creem.io.
  • Applies to both first-time charges and monthly or annual renewals — each renewal starts a new 14-day window.
  • Outside the 14-day window, monthly charges are non-refundable. Annual charges follow the 30-day pro-rata rule in Section 5.
  • Refunds are issued by Creem.io, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method.

1. What’s Covered

This policy applies to all paid ReviewAIde subscriptions purchased through Creem.io:

  • Pro — $9.99 / month, or $8.33 / mo (billed $99.99 / yr) on the annual plan
  • Business — $19.99 / month, or $16.67 / mo (billed $199.99 / yr) on the annual plan

It applies to first-time purchases, renewal charges, and plan upgrades that result in a new charge. It does not apply to the Free tier.

2. The 14-Day No-Questions-Asked Window

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase or any subsequent renewal charge. Common reasons we still process refunds for include:

  • The AI drafts aren’t matching your brand voice
  • You signed up by mistake or signed up the wrong account
  • A feature you expected isn’t there yet
  • You simply changed your mind

The 14-day window runs from the date of the paid charge, not from the start of any trial.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@reviewaide.app with Refund in the subject line and include:

  1. The email address associated with your ReviewAIde account
  2. The approximate date of the charge you’d like refunded (or the Creem.io receipt ID, if you have it)
  3. (Optional) Brief feedback on what didn’t work for you

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and submit the refund to Creem.io within 10 business days. Creem.io typically completes refunds within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

4. Outside the 14-Day Window

After the 14-day window has passed for a given charge, monthly charges are non-refundable. For annual charges, see Section 5. You may cancel at any time from account settings — cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused time within a monthly billing period.

We may grant discretionary refunds outside the window for: a billing error on our side; a prolonged Service outage; or where required by mandatory consumer-protection law. Email hello@reviewaide.app with the relevant details.

5. Annual Plans

For annual subscriptions, a pro-rata refund is available within the first 30 days of an annual subscription only. After 30 days, no refunds are provided for the remainder of the annual term.

6. Failed Refunds and Currency Conversion

If Creem.io is unable to return funds to your original payment method, we will issue store credit of equivalent value. Currency-conversion losses are not refunded — Creem.io issues refunds in the original transaction currency.

7. Refunds Required by Law

Nothing in this policy limits any refund right granted to you by mandatory consumer-protection law. Where such a right exists, we will honor it even if broader than the 14-day window above.

8. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us first — that’s almost always faster than going through your bank. If you initiate a chargeback for a charge you have not first asked us to refund, we may pause or suspend your account while the dispute is open, and terminate if the chargeback is found to be in bad faith.

9. Creem.io as Merchant of Record

Creem.io is the Merchant of Record for all paid ReviewAIde subscriptions. Your charge may appear as Creem.io or CREEM.IO on your statement. The invoice for your subscription is issued by Creem.io. Applicable sales tax and VAT is refunded along with the subscription amount.

10. Changes to This Policy

Material changes will be announced by email and in-app at least 30 days before they take effect, and will apply only to charges incurred after the effective date. The version effective at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
